A practice built for financial sovereignty.
ClayDesk Infotech Solutions FZCO is a Dubai-based consultancy specialising in e-invoicing compliance, digital finance transformation, and Sovereign Finance Intelligence across GCC and global enterprises.
ClayDesk was founded at the convergence of two forces that rarely meet: the accelerating complexity of GCC e-invoicing mandates, and the growing risk of enterprises outsourcing their financial intelligence to platforms they do not control.
Most compliance implementations optimise for speed. A vendor is selected. An integration is built. The mandate is satisfied. The invoice data flows through infrastructure the enterprise neither owns nor operates. The commercial intelligence embedded in that data accumulates elsewhere. This is accepted as the cost of compliance.
We do not accept that framing.
ClayDesk builds compliance infrastructure that enterprises operate themselves. We design ERP integrations that route financial data to enterprise-controlled destinations. We help finance and technology teams understand that the same structured data satisfying a government mandate is the foundation for owned financial AI — if it is captured correctly.
We called this practice Sovereign Finance Intelligence. We build it across the GCC and for global enterprises with GCC obligations.
We are registered in the UAE as an FZCO at the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai Silicon Oasis. Our flagship product, GoRoute.ai, is a Peppol-certified Access Point (POP000991) — which means our e-invoicing work is built on production-grade, certified Peppol infrastructure that we own and operate.
We are a small, senior practice — deliberately. Who leads engagements is set out below rather than left to inference.

A named practitioner, not an account manager.
Most consultancies introduce a partner at the pitch and staff the work with someone else. We say who leads engagements, because on a practice this size it is a checkable claim rather than a positioning statement.
- Leads e-invoicing and compliance engagements across the GCC, from readiness assessment through to cleared production invoices
- Operates ClayDesk's Peppol-certified Access Point (POP000991) and the platform GCC clients run on
- Works directly on mandate programmes in Oman, Saudi Arabia and the UAE — the research published on this site is his own
- Takes the first conversation personally: discovery calls are with a practitioner, not a sales representative
Delivery is supported by an engineering and analyst team working under ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 22301:2019 controls that ClayDesk holds itself. We do not staff projects with junior consultants supervised remotely, and we would rather decline an engagement than resource it that way.
- Discovery: thirty minutes, free, with someone who has delivered the thing you are asking about
- Honesty about fit: if you do not need us, or need something smaller, you will hear that on the call
- Continuity: the person who scopes the work is involved in delivering it
- Escalation: one number, and the person who answers can fix it
Adding further named practitioners as the team grows. We would rather name one person accurately than imply a bench we do not have.
GoRoute.ai — our Peppol infrastructure flagship product.
GoRoute.ai is the Peppol-certified Access Point (POP000991) operated by ClayDesk — the certified network infrastructure that underpins our UAE FTA Peppol PINT AE, KSA ZATCA, Oman Fawtara, and global mandate implementations. One vendor, one contract, one team accountable end-to-end. Clients connect to the Peppol network through infrastructure ClayDesk owns and operates — no third-party intermediation.

-
01
Ownership is the outcome.
Every implementation is designed from the start for the client to own and operate independently. Vendor dependency is an antipattern we design against.
-
02
Senior practitioners lead delivery.
There are no junior consultants supervised remotely. The practitioner you meet at the first conversation is the practitioner who leads the engagement.
-
03
We tell you when you do not need us.
If your current posture is sound and the work you are considering is unnecessary, we will say so in the first conversation. We do not expand scope to fill engagements.
-
04
Bilingual, by design.
All documentation, regulatory correspondence, and stakeholder communication is delivered in Arabic and English. This is a structural capability, not a translation service.
-
05
Partnership over project.
The mandate landscape will change after we leave. We remain engaged as a retained partner, maintaining your compliance posture as new mandates activate and existing mandates evolve.
-
06
Security is not optional.
Private key custody, data residency, access control, and incident response planning are included in every engagement — not offered as an add-on when something goes wrong.
-
07
We publish what we know.
Our Insights publications — Sovereign Signals, Mandate Monitor, and Field Notes — are a record of what we have learned in production. We publish them because the GCC compliance community benefits from shared knowledge.
