ClayDesk Infotech Solutions FZCO is a Dubai-based consultancy specialising in e-invoicing compliance, digital finance transformation, and Sovereign Finance Intelligence across GCC and global enterprises.

ClayDesk was founded at the convergence of two forces that rarely meet: the accelerating complexity of GCC e-invoicing mandates, and the growing risk of enterprises outsourcing their financial intelligence to platforms they do not control.

Most compliance implementations optimise for speed. A vendor is selected. An integration is built. The mandate is satisfied. The invoice data flows through infrastructure the enterprise neither owns nor operates. The commercial intelligence embedded in that data accumulates elsewhere. This is accepted as the cost of compliance.

We do not accept that framing.

ClayDesk builds compliance infrastructure that enterprises operate themselves. We design ERP integrations that route financial data to enterprise-controlled destinations. We help finance and technology teams understand that the same structured data satisfying a government mandate is the foundation for owned financial AI — if it is captured correctly.

We called this practice Sovereign Finance Intelligence. We build it across the GCC and for global enterprises with GCC obligations.

We are registered in the UAE as an FZCO at the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai Silicon Oasis. Our sister company, GoRoute.ai, is a Peppol-certified Access Point (POP000991) — which means our e-invoicing work is built on production-grade, certified Peppol infrastructure.

We are a small, senior practice. Engagements are led by practitioners with director-level experience across enterprise technology, finance transformation, and regulatory compliance. We do not staff projects with junior consultants supervised remotely.

The two companies are separately incorporated but operated under unified leadership and quality standards. ClayDesk clients have direct access to Peppol-certified infrastructure without third-party intermediation.

How We Work

    Ownership is the outcome.

    Every implementation is designed from the start for the client to own and operate independently. Vendor dependency is an antipattern we design against.

    Senior practitioners lead delivery.

    There are no junior consultants supervised remotely. The practitioner you meet at the first conversation is the practitioner who leads the engagement.

  3. 03

    We tell you when you do not need us.

    If your current posture is sound and the work you are considering is unnecessary, we will say so in the first conversation. We do not expand scope to fill engagements.

    Bilingual, by design.

    All documentation, regulatory correspondence, and stakeholder communication is delivered in Arabic and English. This is a structural capability, not a translation service.

    Partnership over project.

    The mandate landscape will change after we leave. We remain engaged as a retained partner, maintaining your compliance posture as new mandates activate and existing mandates evolve.

    Security is not optional.

    Private key custody, data residency, access control, and incident response planning are included in every engagement — not offered as an add-on when something goes wrong.

    We publish what we know.

    Our Insights publications — Sovereign Signals, Mandate Monitor, and Field Notes — are a record of what we have learned in production. We publish them because the GCC compliance community benefits from shared knowledge.
