Prefer to skip the form?
Email info@claydesk.ai directly. It reaches the same people and gets the same one-business-day response. The form exists to save you a round trip, not to route you through a queue.
What actually happens next.
Four steps, and you can stop at any of them. Nothing here commits you to anything, and there is no stage at which you get handed to someone else.
How to make 30 minutes worth having.
You do not need to prepare anything — plenty of first calls start from "we have been told we are in scope and we do not know what that means." But if you want the call to go further than orientation, these are the four things that let us give you a real answer instead of a general one.
If you would rather arrive with a position already mapped, the E-Invoicing Readiness Assessment takes about five minutes and produces a score by pillar. Bring the result to the call and we can skip straight to the gaps.
Where we work.
The practice is Dubai-based and GCC-anchored. Mandate regimes differ sharply by country, so the honest starting point is usually your jurisdiction rather than your software.
We also deliver outside the region — the Peppol and PINT work underneath is not GCC-specific. Compare what non-compliance costs across the region in the GCC penalty comparison.
Before you write.
What does the first conversation cost?
Nothing. Thirty minutes, free, and there is no pre-sales qualification process to get through first.
Who will I actually speak to?
A senior practitioner who would work on the engagement — see who we are. There is no account-manager handoff between the first call and delivery, because there is no account-manager layer.
We already have an e-invoicing provider. Is there anything to talk about?
Often yes, and not necessarily about replacing them. Three questions are worth answering regardless of who you use: does your contract return your archive and your signing keys if you leave, can you extract your own structured invoice data on demand, and would your master data survive validation in the next jurisdiction you have to file in. All three are answerable without changing provider — and if the answers are good, we will tell you that.
Do you work outside the GCC?
Yes. The compliance practice is anchored in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman, but Peppol and PINT are not region-specific and we deliver into other mandate regimes through the same architecture.
Will you sign an NDA before we discuss specifics?
Yes, and we will sign yours rather than insisting on our own paper. Mention it in your message and we will have it back before the call.
How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day, to every enquiry, including the ones we are not the right fit for.
Is ClayDesk an accredited service provider?
Accreditation is granted per jurisdiction, and the honest answer differs by country — so we publish it per country on the compliance pages rather than making a blanket claim here. If your mandate requires you to appoint an accredited provider, ask on the call and you will get a direct answer about your specific jurisdiction.
